terrible style....
the battle continues. for some reason i can not get the desired look that i want. i know for one i need to loose weight but i should still be able to look half descent... so far no luck. i want a clean crisp, sophisticated look but i just seem to get the frumpy look to a T. expermientation needs to continue.... but on such a crap budget its difficult! charity shops here i come lets hope i find some gems.

knecklace and kimono
the knecklace was a find in a charity shop. I liked it because of how different it is and on close inspection when i got the item home i noticed that it may actually be made from animal bone.
I made the kimono i am wearing myself and stitched the tassel trimming on. i will publish further pictures of the entire garment in the near future. i like experimenting with fabrics at home.
The bracelets i was wearing are from primark in the sale. cheap and cheerful :)

temporary tattoos
Lately temporary tattoos have seemed to be cropping up everywhere and it seems they have caught my eye. The thought of having an actual tattoo has never appealed to me because im worried that a week later i will no longer have the same desire for the tattoo as i did when it was created. I recently bought a sealed box of cola flavoured chewing gum from a car boot sale and was pleasantly suprised to find that in each wrapper not only was there a chewy treat but also a novelty tattoo. Sad maybe however i have found them to be a cute little accessory so much so it has drven me to purchase two tattoo pens!! now i am able to create the look i want without further cost!! if i want a bracelet i can draw it on- the pen is easily removed with water which suits me perfecty and at a bargain price of £2.99 each they will satisfy my temporary tattoo faze whilst its present!!

Don't know
TO be honest i don't know why i'm putting this because i'm almost positive i don't have any readers but.... i have been wanting to blog for the last few days but i have no way of uploading pictures onto the pc at the moment. i've been so lucky to have been given some great clothes over the last few days which are of very good quality and from places i cant afford!!! I cant wait to start introducing them to my wardrobe!!! But i do need to clean out my existing wardrobe... car boot time soon every penny counts!

London tomorrow.....hopefully
Been planning on a much needed day out to london for a while. But i have a severe chest infection which ended up with me needing an inhaler, steroids and antibiotics. That was yesterday, now the steroids have kicked in and the inhaler is keeping my breathing ok so fingers crossed tomorrow will be possible. I love traveling on the train, the journey brings a certain anticipation that only traveling on the train brings. Maybe thats just me.... i dont know. I know that im going to need a large bag tomorrow so that i can carry snacks for my partner, son and me aswell as medication and as always the trusty "just in case" items that yu will always find me carrying around. I always struggle to take a small bag with me where ever i go. Anyway i decided that my diesel fuel for life bag is perfect for the job!!
My Kindle will definately be accompanying me on the train, great present from my partner. I wasnt sure about kindles before i recieved one because i have to admit i do love the feel of a good book, turning the pages and looking at how much is left. But the kindle is great and i hardly put it down!! Especially as there always seems to be a sale on amazon for kindle books and you can go online and get a whole load of free books. my only grudge is that the kindle doesnt display page numbers only percentage. I know its because you can change font size so pages will be different sizes but still..... a little frustrating ( but i suppose im nit picking)
lately its been freeeeeezing and with a chest infection i need to layer up.. heavily. I will definately be wearing a knitted collar i recently purchased from sainsburys in the sale (£3).
And i will be wearing my thick river island scarf with a hood that i purchased a few years ago!! oh and my leopard print gloves
fingers crossed it all goes to plan
