knitted jewellery....

I promised pictures of jewellery i had created! These show 3 knecklaces and a bracelet! i really enjoy creating my own jewellery! i have sold some items already, i also make scarves, which i have sold alot of!! I like items which are different and can turn a plain tshirt into something unique!

Head bands..

Is there a certain face shape that cant wear headbands?...... im not too sure whether mine suit me! i brought two thinking they would be a great accessorie. one i got from primark and the other one from the oh so very faithful ebay. Reasearching different ways for them to be worn. i suppose if no good as a head band then maybe alter them so they can be worn as a collar....


Ive been looking out for a leopard print bag thats large and not too expensive. so far i have found this a very difficult task, also finding a leopard print that isnt tacky looking (if that makes sense). So i purchased some fabric off ebay and made my own friday night! i am thrilled with the results and it only took me a couple of hours to make! i will post pictures of it tomorrow.

hair etc ....

i wish someone could come and do my make up, hair and style my outfit for just one day. inspiration is low and being a mum makes things even more difficult!! where does time go?

Orange....

After admitting my love for corals and buying some oragne eye shadow yestrday I am so pleased to find that orange is the new makeup shade for next season!! I have probably gained the idea through lookng at a huge amount of influencial images but at the moment im going to stick to the thought that i may just have a dribble of fashion sense.... somewhere..

Bargain buys....

Over the last few weeks i have been looking at makeover tutorials and scrutinising at pictures to see ways in which can apply my make up. at the moment i seem  to be in love with coral and nude lipsticks i just cant seem to get enough!! I was on ebay and decided to search popular make up brand and stumbled across some mac lipstick, ot normally being able to afford mac cosmetics i was chuffed when i won some lipstick for just over £4 including postage.

I also found a moisturising coral lipstick by Bourjois for £2....

And some lipstain in coral....

After looking o you tube at some eye makeup tutorals i decided i needed to get some new makeup to help me get my new look. I found the colour i wanted in my local store 21 shop.....

So although all of these were bargains fingers crossed i can achive a more sophisticated look.


p.s. im trying to grow my hair but it seems to have come to a stand still. im close to putting my feet in fertiliser to encourage growth (a little to far). i know you can get vitamins to help strengthen your hair but maybe i need to find tips on foods/treatments which  help.

Hair..

ok so i went and had my hair done..... not a huge change, but its something. im hoping when i mess about with it i can style it differently or something.  As you can see from the pictures though you can see i could still really do with some help. The journey continues......

Small change......

ok so I couldnt wait till tomorrow to start making changes. Like i said  im on a tight budget, I found some fake nails in the pound shop and decided to give them a go..... much better than plain nails.

HELP!

I love fashion... I just dont look like I do. since having my son in 2010 my body shape has changed and it seems my sense of style went out the window too. I want to stand out rather than blending in looking nothing special or frumpy/ ugly. Time to change, im fed up. However with a small budget its going to be a challange!!
The real change will start tomorrow! Thankfully I recieved a voucher for a hair cut and colour for christmas so i am putting that to good use. Travel with me through change and finding a sense of self!! Help would be accepted gratefully, any beauty tips which can be carried out on small budget are welcome.
